Child laborers specifically in the age group of 7 to 14 years can’t even write their names and they are made to carve comfort of others; personal or professional slaves.
According to stats, around 200 million children are working as child laborer all around the world. According to the National Census 2011, about 10.1 million child laborer are in India.
Children who deserves to blossom like a flower and their sensitive skin which is as soft as a petal. They are made to work atleast six months a year and undergoes through harshness of sun rays, dust and other human demands.

Who is the future of us ? Answer is Children

The future of these children is in the dark because they remain at the risk of unemployment.They get trapped in the infinite cycle of poverty. The National Census 2011 shows that around six million children in the age group of 5-14 years’ work in the agriculture field. VJP’s on ground investigation led us to the fact that mostly children who are engaged in the agricultural occupation are working with their families, which is not illegal in terms of the law.

The society needs to have a zero tolerance attitude towards child labor. When people will develop such attitude then some change can be expected otherwise child labor will be continued in the next coming years also.

To eradicate child labor from our country we need to address the reasons and our volunteers works for the cause day and night in Karnataka.
